Throughout the night, Matt from Ellis Wines will be joining you as you dine, introducing each pairing and sharing insight into the wines, their provenance and why they were selected to complement each course — creating a relaxed yet elevated dining experience.

The wines featured will be available to purchase on the night, with exclusive RARE+ access continuing for one month after the event, allowing members to revisit and secure their favourites. Places are limited and this event is exclusively available to RARE+ members.
